If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

• Return the item in its original condition.

2. Return Shipping

• All return shipping costs are covered by me.
• Items should be returned securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

• Once I receive and inspect the returned items, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed promptly, usually within 7 business days of receiving the return.
• Original shipping costs are refunded only if required by law.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at [email protected] immediately with photos of the damage.
• I will issue a full refund for damaged items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been customized or personalized (if applicable) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
