Terms and conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop bibisartcorner.

By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products sold in this shop are physical, handmade items, including:

  • Vinyl stickers
  • Keychains
  • Bookmarks

Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations may occur and are part of the product’s character.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in the shop at the time of purchase. Prices do not include VAT according to §19 UStG
  • Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply for international orders.

4. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. Shipping

  • Standard shipping: untracked
  • Optional upgrade: tracked and insured shipping (available at checkout)
  • International shipping: available

Lost Shipments

  • Untracked shipping: Lost or missing untracked orders are not replaced or refunded.
  • Tracked & insured shipping: Claims can be made according to the shipping provider’s policy.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Contact me via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

Refunds

  • Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded only if required by law.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at [email protected] with clear photos of the damage.

  • Refunds are offered for damaged items.
  • Claims must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
However, this does not affect your statutory EU right of withdrawal as described above.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and products sold by bibisartcorner are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without explicit written permission.
  • Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights to the artwork.

10. Product Use Disclaimer

All items are decorative only.

They are not intended for:

  • Medical use
  • Safety-related use
  • Professional or industrial applications

The seller is not liable for misuse of products.

11. Liability

bibisartcorner is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping providers
  • Lost untracked shipments
  • Customs delays or fees

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
