• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Standard shipping: untracked
• Optional upgrade: tracked and insured shipping (available at checkout)

3. Delivery Times

• Germany: 2–7 business days for standard shipping
• European Union: 5–14 business days for standard shipping
• International: 10–21 business days (may vary depending on customs and local postal services)

4. International Orders & Customs

5. Lost Shipments

• Untracked shipping: lost or missing orders cannot be replaced or refunded.
